Bootcamp Week-By-Week
Week 1: The Foundation We go deep on the Human Brands Win Method, including the Thinking BRAVE and One-Degree Decisions frameworks. You meet your fellow founders. You leave knowing exactly what we're building and why. Homework: Values exercise and Human Brand Blueprint questionnaire.
Week 2: Your Blueprint We build your Human Brand Blueprint together. Your vision, values, messaging, and brand foundation in language that's actually yours. Homework: Finalize your blueprint and set up your custom AI project.
Week 3: Relationships and Audacity The 3-Legged Stool Story Strategy: stories only you can tell, stories your audience cares about, and stories that help your business grow. We find your bold move and identify who you're really building for. Homework: Define your content pillars and messaging across all three legs of the stool.
Week 4: Structure Where to show up, how often, and in what format. One-Degree Decisions in practice. We build your channel plan around your energy, your audience, and your life. Homework: Identify your platforms, your cadence, and your goals for each.
Week 5: Strategy We put it all together. Your complete brand strategy, in session, built by you. Lindsay teaches you how to use the content calendar and you build it right there. Homework: Set up your profiles and create your first week of content using your custom AI project.
Week 6: Peer Review and Sustainability Founders review each other's profiles and content. We close with consistency and sustainability. How to stay on your path when the noise gets loud and the pulls away from your vision get strong.The Details

Is this right for me if I'm very early stage and don't have much of a brand yet?
Yes. Actually, the earlier the better. Building your brand foundation now means every decision you make from here points in the right direction. You're not fixing mistakes. You're building right from the start.
I'm already posting on LinkedIn and Instagram. Is this still for me?
Yes. This isn't about posting more. It's about building the foundation that makes everything you post actually work. Most founders who are already posting find that the bootcamp completely changes how they think about their content and why it hasn't been converting the way they hoped.
How much time will this take each week?
Plan for about three hours per week. One hour for the live session, plus time for the weekly homework. It's designed to be intensive but doable alongside running your business. Additionally, there are also completely optional office hours for you to work directly on your brand with Lindsay. To accommodate different schedules, these change each week.
What if I can't make one of the live sessions?
Sessions are recorded. You won't get the full live experience but you won't fall behind. That said, the live sessions are where the real work happens, so plan to show up.
Will I actually leave with something finished or just a plan?
Both. You leave with a complete brand foundation built during the bootcamp, not just a plan to build it later. The sessions are designed so the work gets done in the room.
Is this the right step before working with Lindsay 1:1 or doing the Founder Brand Sprint?
Yes. The bootcamp is the foundation. Everything else builds from it. Many bootcamp graduates continue working with Lindsay after the six weeks through the alumni advisory program.
What happens after the bootcamp ends?
You keep everything you built. You have your blueprint, your strategy, your custom AI project, your content calendar, and a new approach to building your brand and making decisions in alignment with it. For founders who want to keep working with Lindsay after the bootcamp, an advisory option is available exclusively to bootcamp alumni.
